On May 16 2023, we hosted our showcase session featuring Alex d’Albertanson, Ad Net Zero’s Global Project Manager, and Rob McFaul, Co-Founder of Purpose Disruptors and leader of the #ChangeTheBrief Alliance initiative, also a founding member of the Advertising Association Climate Action Working Group, which led to the Ad Net Zero initiative.
The #ChangeTheBrief Alliance is a not-for-profit partnership between agencies of every size and type – media, creative, design, PR – and their clients, learning and acting together to directly address the challenge of the climate crisis by promoting sustainability via every channel available to them.
The Alliance has the backing of Ad Net Zero and helps ANZ supporters deliver on Action 5 of ANZ – to harness advertising’s power to support behaviour change.
The Alliance provides all its members with an on-demand and face-to-face learning programme and community, offering insights and expert advice at a category level on how we can adapt our work to promote more sustainable choices and behaviours in line with a net zero world.
