This first session creates space to step back from the day-to-day and reconnect with what drives meaningful change. Through reflection and peer conversation, participants will revisit moments where they’ve navigated challenge and growth before, and consider what enabled progress in those moments.
The session introduces the Bigger Game framework as a way of thinking about change, alignment, and momentum – helping participants identify key stakeholders, understand where hunger exists, and begin noticing where bold, well-aligned action could help move things forward. Participants will leave with renewed energy and a short reflection exercise to carry into the weeks that follow.
