Climate Week NYC – Sept 17th – 24th.
Ad Net Zero US is excited to have a presence at Climate Week NYC for the first time this year! Climate Week is an annual event that has taken place in NYC for nearly 15 years and brings together 400+ events and activities across NYC, involving leaders in business, politics and local communities, to accelerate climate action. It is hosted by The Climate Group.
Our goal is to bring more senior marketers to this event to start to close the gap of marketing historically not being represented in climate conversations like this, and to also promote cross-collaboration between CSOs and CMOs. While we are starting to see more brands engaged in discussions, there is still a critical need for awareness and education within the marketing population, so we’re inviting you to take advantage of the fantastic sessions happening next week.
What you can attend: While the first three days of official programming by The Climate Group are invite-only, there are many other sessions going on hosted by other organizations that are FREE and open to attendance! In particular, we recommend the Nest Climate Campus at the Javits Center (right near Penn Station) – with a variety of sessions each day Tuesday Sept 19th – Thursday September 21st. There are both main stage events and several co-hosted events within the space.
As part of the events happening at the Nest Campus, on Wednesday the 20th, John Osborn will be emceeing the OCEEF Sustainability Forum (which is one of those co-hosted events).
Please reach out to teamus@adnetzero.com with any questions on how to get involved.
